This website provides general information about PayApp Desk and a way to request a fit review. Submitting the form does not create a customer relationship, authorize live work, or guarantee acceptance.

Service boundary

PayApp Desk provides administrative document-preparation services using customer-provided information. Customers remain responsible for source data, billing decisions, completion claims, certifications, approval, and submission.

PayApp Desk does not provide accounting, bookkeeping, legal, lien, collections, revenue-recognition, or change-order negotiation services. Any live engagement is governed by separate written terms and an agreed scope.

Prohibited submissions

Do not submit project documents, portal passwords, financial information, tax information, payroll data, or other sensitive files through the public website or qualification form.
